The Zenith Winery is a 30,000 square foot wine production facility located in Salem, Oregon in the popular Willamette Valley pinot wine region. The site of the new facility is on the grounds of a hillside vineyard and will include all wine processing provisions from crush, fermentation, and barrel storage to bottling. In addition to the production itself, a Wine Tasting Room, Gallery and a Banquet Room for 400 will be provided. Organized as a small “village” to break down the scale, the principal building shapes retain their own roof lines and are organized around a center entry court.
