New Fleet Operations Complex for the County of Essex Department of Public Works.

The firm has been contracted to inventory, analyze, program and design a new public works facility in Cedar Grove New Jersey. The new facility will incorporate all departments under the division of Engineering and Public Works and provide for the fleet of vehicles and service equipment for the county. The Departments include Environmental Services, Traffic and Signals, Fleet Management and Buildings and Grounds. The new facility will incorporate Green technologies including the latest photovoltaic energy generating engineering, adaptive re-use of materials and energy star certification.
